And if you are just starting out with WinPE Drivers, this is a great way to setup your environment. Update: 9/15/2016 I have updated the code to handle instances where the driver contains both x86 and x64 drivers. I think the postinstall inject drivers sequence does something different I believe. It has worked fine for months but nowadays it just stops.

The script will automatically search your local host for the WAIK or ADK, and download the corresponding Dell WinPE Driver Pack. If there is more than one share in your MDT Deployment Console, then the script will prompt you for which one to use. For their convenience I created USB bootable media of the Task Sequence since I didn't want to interfere any PXE functionality, the customer didn't purchase any DRAC interface so I wasn't Ensure that you have every driver needed in your Out-Of-Box Drivers folder. We are going to structure a driver store and use our MDT share as a remote driver installation server.
I have the settings configured for this guide (Nothing, selection profile, DriverGroup set) and my deployment goes without a hitch. Did the drivers install? Thanks for taking the time to write and publish these articles. I stand corrected :) I did notice it's a 25mb download, and about 50mb for x64 and 25mb for x86...so I still wouldn't recommend just importing that and adding it Showing recent items.

What i have seen that there are .cab files which contains the right drivers but are they on the Dell website... So it still saves some time, but it doesn't take a full list of systems and OSes and complete them. Selection profiles can be used to target WinPE drivers only, or OS specific drivers.For HP systems I've only found driver packs for specific models (only very recent ones), no common driver
